A housing trust needed to reclad a 1970s tower while 426 residents stayed in their homes. The proposal is a drawing set, and you drag the platform down the tower as each floor turns from 1974 concrete to the new facade, with a noise calendar for every home. Concept work for fictional companies.

What we built
- A family tree that becomes the org chart as you scroll
- A switch that moves eight decisions to their new owners
- A tool that tests draft rules against arguments the family already has
- A buyout calculator that flags a pace that's too fast
